What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship via SmartPost, Omniva, DPD and FedEx.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Deliveries are sent via Itella Smartpost, Omniva and DPD to the customers in Europe and via FedEx to the customers from other parts of the world.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Usually your order arrive within 10-25 working days after it was dispatched. However sometimes it can take longer due to congestion of postal and courier companies (for example, on holidays).

Purchases may be paid for by using Paypal, direct bank transfer or debit or credit card.

Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Navigate to the product you want to order. The product is placed in the virtual shopping cart by choosing desired color option, cushion material and clicking on the “add to cart” button.
By clicking on the cart icon, displayed in the top right side of the web store, you navigate to an overview page and at any time can check the goods in the virtual cart and, where necessary, make changes.
If you do not wish to purchase additional goods, you can continue via the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You must enter your shipping and billing address, invoice information and choose the payment option on the following checkout page. Also on this page you have access to an overview of the order with details of the price (including the statutory VAT) and details of the delivery service and costs. At the checkout page you can add a coupon code if you have one (if you don’t but you need it – let us know via chat in the bottom right corner of this page and we will probably provide it =)
By further checking the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” check box and clicking on the “Place order” button the customer approve the purchase. Depends on the chosen payment option customer continue to:
- Getting confirming email with our bank account details if checked “Bank Transfer”
- Continue to the PayPal payment page if checked “PayPal”
- Continue to the Mollie credit or debit card payment page if checked “Credit card”
As soon as the purchase confirmed customer will receive a purchase confirmation and (when payment received) an invoice via email which was specified on the checkout page.
How Can I Cancel and Return My Order?
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days after you submit your order, even if you have already received the goods. No reason need be given and no penalty payment will apply. In order to withdraw your order you must notify us at catissa@catissa.com. If you have received your goods before you withdraw your order, you must send them back to us at your own cost and risk and in an unused condition. If you withdraw your order but we have already processed goods for delivery, you must not unpack goods when they are received by you and you must send them back to us at the contact address spicified at our contact page at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing your order, any payment taken by us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days of your order, provided that goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
How Do I Track My Order?
We will send you the tracking information as soon as we ship your order, so you will be able to track your parcel on the tracking pages of the respective courier service.
