    Hi,
    I tried to email you but your email address doesn’t work.
    I’m wondering about the color. I’d like one in white but I don’t like the inside of the box and the ladder in wood. Is it possible to get the whole box in white, inside and outside, and also the ladder?

      My apologies that the email was not working, not sure what could be problem. It’s all good on our side.
      About your question – yes, that is possible to cover it white from all sides and the ladder too. You can place an order for the regular white cat house, but we will paint it as you requested.

    I was shocked when I was searching for new products in your shop.
    Recently you offer the option to make choice between fox fur and sheep skin.
    It’s so cruel how animals are treated in fur farms.
    Especially when you have a own pet, you should compassion with other animals too.
    I bought my Catisss storey house about 1 year ago.
    I waited so long for it and was excited about the great design, your talent and kindness.
    I would never buy it again under these circumstances.
    Please think about other options. I also don’t approve sheep skin.
    What about cotton-pillows filled with vegan materials?

      We now offering FAUX fur not FOX fur =)
      So now customers have a choice.

        I read it too quick…
        Faux fur is certainly a big difference to fox fur ;-).
        But i recently read, that the production of real fur (for example in China) is cheaper than the faux fur and so they often declare that it would be faux but indeed it’s real fur.

    Hi,
    I love this. I’ve ordered a single unit (will probably be ordering more soon). I was curious of the allowable weight on a single unit? I plan on using at least 1 stud to fix it to a wall, but for the sake of knowing, what is the allowable weight if no studs are used? Will it last on the wall over time with only anchors? Thanks so much.

      Hi Eric,

      Thanks for your feedback!
      As for allowable weight. This will greatly depend on how well you have installed anchors. If everything is done clearly, the drilled holes correspond to the anchors, and the anchors correspond to the material of the wall, this will stay on the wall for a very long time, even if your cat weighs 10 kilograms =)

    (1) Can you provide it in white, but with all parts of the wood painted? I need all inside and outside facings painted.

    I’ve not decided how I might fix it yet, so I also need the side that is most likely to be fixed to the wall painted.

    (2) How would I order it with this? Is there a place for comments on the order form?

    (3) What openings does the white one have (e.g. a circle cut out)? It’s not completely easy to see in the image?

      Yes it’s possible, but we will have to charge extra for this, in the amount of 20 euros. If it is okay for you, we will send you an invoice to pay via paypal.

    Hi, I am thinking of purchasing the 4 storey cat house and had a coupe of questions if thats ok:

    1 – is there an option of the interior of the boxes being stained white as well as the exterior?

    2 – I am not sure if it will look too big for the room (the room is quite small) – is it easy to screw off the top box after I have purchased it?

    3 – How long will shipping to the UK take if ordered this week?

      Hi Amy,

      1. Yes, that’s possible.
      2. 4 storey cat house comes flatpacked, so you will have to assemble it, just like IKEA furniture. And when assembled, each storey could be easily detached. You can also separate it to 2 two-storey houses if you want.
      3. We shipping our last backordered houses next week, and beginning to producing a new batch. So I think if you backorder one this week, we will ship it next week and it will arrive around August 25.

      Well, I think it will be available next week. You can backorder it and we will ship it to you ASAP.
      About 6 steps ladder, yeah, I think it’s possible. If you want to order such a custom ladder, just purchase 2 standard ladders and let me know about it. You can write me directly to email catissa@catissa.com
      And the shipping of double ladder to Dubai would cost 25 Euro.
