Delivery terms|Tarnetingimused

Deliveries are sent with Estonian Post and should arrive within 10-25 working days of your order being processed. We will send you an email with tracking code as soon as we get it.
It is essential to check all goods before signing for them. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write to notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Iga tellimuse täitmine vötab aega kuni 14 päeva. Valmistame oma tooted nullist vastavalt kliendi soovile. Eestist tehtud tellimused saadetakse SmartPosti või Omniva pakiautomaatidesse ja need peaksid saabuma 5 tööpäeva jooksul. Saadame teile jälgimiskoodi e-posti aadressil esimesel võimalusel. Kui saite kahjustatud saadetise, teatage sellest kohe catiss@catissa.com.

Damaged goods|Kahjustatud kaup
All Catissa’s products are hand checked at time of postage. Unfortunately goods do get damaged in the post. Should you take delivery of any damaged goods we would ask that you inform us as soon as possible by email catissa@catissa.com

Should the damage be visible to the packaging on delivery we would request that you write this clearly on the delivery note at the time of receipt. This will help any claim against the courier company for damage in transit. In this event we would be required to supply the buyers’ details to the courier company to allow them to investigate the cause of damage. If your product is damaged we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate and as outlined in our returns policy.

Kõik Catissa tooted on enne postitamist üle kontrollitud, aga mõnikord võib saadetis kättetoimetamise käigus saada kahjustatud. Kui olete saanud kahjustatud saadetise, siis palun andke sellest esimesel võimalusel teada e-posti aadressil catissa@catissa.com.
Kui tarnimisel on pakendil kahjustused nähtavad, palume teil need kättesaamise hetkel selgelt saatelehele kirjutada. See võimaldab küsida kullerfirmalt selgitusi. Sel juhul peame edastama kahju põhjuste uurimiseks kullerfirmale ostja andmed. Kui teie toode on kahjustatud, korraldame tagasimakse või asenduse vastavalt meie tagastamispoliitikale.

Purchase process|Ostuprotsess
Purchases may be paid for by using Paypal or debit or credit card through our online payment page. All prices shall be in shown in EURO and shall be payable in that currency, plus any applicable taxes. Prices include VAT for EU countries.

By clicking on the products or product descriptions, the customer navigates to the product details. The product is placed in the virtual shopping cart by entering the requested quantity and clicking on the “add to cart” button.

By clicking on the “cart”, displayed in the right side of the main menu, the customer navigates to an overview page and at any time can check the goods in the virtual cart and, where necessary, make changes.

If a customer does not wish to purchase additional goods, they can continue via the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Customer must enter their shipping and billing address, invoice information and choose the payment option on the following checkout page. Also on this page the customer has access to an overview of the order with details of the price (including the statutory VAT) and details of the delivery service and costs.

By further checking the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” check box and clicking on the “Place order” button the customer approve the purchase. Depends on the chosen payment option customer continue to:

  • Getting confirming email with our bank account details if checked “Direct Bank Transfer”
  • Continue to the PayPal payment page if checked “PayPal”
  • Continue to the Paymill credit or debit card payment page if checked “Payment by credit or debit card”

As soon as the purchase confirmed customer will receive a purchase confirmation and (when payment received) an invoice via email which was specified on the checkout page.

Ostude eest saab tasuda Paypali kaudu, deebet- või krediitkaardiga meie veebimakse lehe kaudu. Kõik hinnad esitatakse eurodes ja makstakse selles valuutas koos kõigi kohaldatavate maksudega. ELi riikides sisaldavad hinnad käibemaksu.
Toodetele või tootekirjeldustele klõpsates avanevad lisavalikud. Toode pannakse virtuaalsesse ostukorvi, kui olete sisestanud soovitud koguse ja vajutanud nupule “Lisa kaardile”. Klõpsates peamenüü paremas servas “ostukorvil”, saab virtuaalses ostukorvis olevaid kaupu kontrollida ja vajadusel muudatusi teha.
Kui klient ei soovi täiendavaid kaupu osta, saab ta jätkata, vajutades nupul “Liigu edasi kassasse”. Klient peab sisestama oma eesnime, perekonnanime, kontakttelefoni, e-postiaadressi ja valima makseviisi.
Sellel lehel saab klient üle kontrollida ka oma tellimuse hinna (sealhulgas sisalduva käibemaksusumma) ning kullerteenuse üksikasjad ja hinnad.
Kui olete valinud märkeruudul „Olen lugenud ja nõustun tingimustega” ja klõpsanud nupul „Esita tellimus”, kinnitab klient ostu.
Sõltuvallt valitud maksemeetodist:
• saab klient e-kirja meie pangakonto andmetega, kui valitud on “Tee makse veebipangas”;
• saab klient liikuda edasi makset tegema Paypali, kui valitud on “Paypal”;
• saab klient jätkata Paymilli krediit- või deebetkaardimakset, kui valitud on “krediit- või deebetkaardimakse”.
Niipea kui tellimus on kinnitatud, saab klient selle kohta kinnituse ja kui makse on laekunud, saadetakse talle arve e-posti aadressil, mille klient tellimust sisestades kirja pani.

Cancel an order and Returns|Tellimuse tühistamine ja kauba tagastamine
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days after you submit your order, even if you have already received the goods. No reason need be given and no penalty payment will apply. In order to withdraw your order you must notify us at catissa@catissa.com. If you have received your goods before you withdraw your order, you must send them back to us at your own cost and risk and in an unused condition. If you withdraw your order but we have already processed goods for delivery, you must not unpack goods when they are received by you and you must send them back to us at the contact address spicified at our contact page at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing your order, any payment taken by us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days of your order, provided that goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

Teil on õigus oma tellimus tühistada 14 päeva jooksul alates tellimuse esitamisest isegi siis, kui olete tellimuse kätte saanud. Tühistamise põhjust pole vaja teatada ja lisakulusid teile ei teki.
Tellimuse tühistamiseks tuleb meid teavitada e-posti aadressil catissa@catissa.com. Kui olete oma tellitud toote saanud kätte enne tellimuse tühistamist, peate toote meile tagasi saatma enda kulul ja vastutusel ning toode ei tohi olla kasutatud.

Kui olete tellimuse tühistanud, aga meie oleme toote kullerfirmale üle andnud, ei tohi te toodet kätte saades seda lahti pakkida. Peate toote tagastama esimesel võimalusel enda kulul ja vastutusel kontaktaadressil, mis on märgitud meie kontaktide lehel.
Kui olete meid oma tellimuse tühistamisest teavitanud, tagastatakse teile rahasumma teie krediit- või deebetkaardile esimesel võimalusel, aga igal juhul 30 päeva jooksul alates tellimuse esitamisest, kui toode on tagastatud ja meieni jõudnud samas seisukorras nagu see sai teile saadetud.

All entered personal data (e.g. shipping address, email, phone number, etc.) will be stored in our local server and transferred only to the transport company in order to deliver purchased goods to the customers. If you want your data to be modified or removed from our server, please contact us at catissa@catissa.com
Customer’s credit card data is sent directly from the customer’s browsers to MOLLIE PCI-certified servers and will be not stored in our webshop server.

    Hi, I have the tree but have lost the instructions for assembly – would you be able to email them over? Also, how much assembly experience and equipment will I need? I imagine a drill to attach to the wall, is additional equipment needed for the rest of the assembly? Thanks!
