Deliveries are sent with Itella Smartpost to the customers in EU and with FedEx to the customers outside EU and should arrive within 10-25 working days after your order was dispatched. We will send you an email with tracking code for your order.
It is essential to check all goods before signing for them. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write to notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

All Catissa’s products are hand checked at time of postage. Unfortunately goods do get damaged in the post. Should you take delivery of any damaged goods we would ask that you inform us as soon as possible by email catissa@catissa.com

Should the damage be visible to the packaging on delivery we would request that you write this clearly on the delivery note at the time of receipt. This will help any claim against the courier company for damage in transit. In this event we would be required to supply the buyers’ details to the courier company to allow them to investigate the cause of damage. If your product is damaged we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate and as outlined in our returns policy.

Purchases may be paid for by using Paypal or debit or credit card through our online payment page. All prices shall be in shown in EURO and shall be payable in that currency, plus any applicable taxes. Prices include VAT for EU countries.

By clicking on the products or product descriptions, the customer navigates to the product details. The product is placed in the virtual shopping cart by entering the requested quantity and clicking on the “add to cart” button.

By clicking on the “cart”, displayed in the right side of the main menu, the customer navigates to an overview page and at any time can check the goods in the virtual cart and, where necessary, make changes.

If a customer does not wish to purchase additional goods, they can continue via the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Customer must enter their shipping and billing address, invoice information and choose the payment option on the following checkout page. Also on this page the customer has access to an overview of the order with details of the price (including the statutory VAT) and details of the delivery service and costs.

By further checking the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” check box and clicking on the “Place order” button the customer approve the purchase. Depends on the chosen payment option customer continue to:

  • Getting confirming email with our bank account details if checked “Direct Bank Transfer”
  • Continue to the PayPal payment page if checked “PayPal”
  • Continue to the Mollie credit or debit card payment page if checked “Payment by credit or debit card”

As soon as the purchase confirmed customer will receive a purchase confirmation and (when payment received) an invoice via email which was specified on the checkout page.

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days after you submit your order, even if you have already received the goods. No reason need be given and no penalty payment will apply. In order to withdraw your order you must notify us at catissa@catissa.com. If you have received your goods before you withdraw your order, you must send them back to us at your own cost and risk and in an unused condition. If you withdraw your order but we have already processed goods for delivery, you must not unpack goods when they are received by you and you must send them back to us at the contact address spicified at our contact page at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing your order, any payment taken by us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days of your order, provided that goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

All entered personal data (e.g. shipping address, email, phone number, etc.) will be stored in our local server and transferred only to the transport company in order to deliver purchased goods to the customers. Customer’s credit card data is sent directly from the customer’s browsers to MOLLIE PCI-certified servers and will be not stored in our webshop server. We strive to continually improve our products and we would like feedback on your order. Therefore, approximately 60 days after the submission of your order, the CUSREV.COM service will send you an email asking you to leave a feedback about your experience with our products and services.
